Life of Pi meets life of a spy?

Suraj Sharma – star of the acclaimed Ang Lee feature film — has landed a recurring role on "Homeland" Season 4.



The New Delhi native will join Showtime’s CIA drama as Aayan Ibrahim, a Pakistani medical student who crosses paths with Claire Danes’ Carrie Mathison, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Production on Season 4 begins in South Africa later this month.
