Am I the only person that likes him?

Maybe it's because he reminds me of myself in many ways.

That's what a lot of people say, and I guess I understand why they would think that way, but that's not how I see it.

I think Jack was a bit more socially inept than Lou, and certainly not as political.

The funny thing about Rhoda is that she is considered to be more of a feminist and more women supposedly identify with being Rhoda than Mary, but "Rhoda" as a TV show overall was far more apolitical than "Mary Tyler Moore" was. Also, on "Rhoda" you don't really see her having the conflicts with men that Mary did on her show. Compared to MTM or the TV show "Lou Grant", "Rhoda" is apolitical brain candy. Not a great "feminist" show if you ask me. Just a great show.
