Most of you probably aren't familiar with her role as "Schultzy" on The Bob Cummings Show (1955–59) for which she twice won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series. She also received a star on Hollywood's Walk Of Fame in 1960.

Alice was one cool housekeeper. She was a great addition to the show. Rest in peace Ann B. Davis.

Ann B. Davis had already received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame prior to The Brady Bunch? That is rare, a TV star having already received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame prior to his/her best-known TV show's airing.

I remember seeing a t-shirt in Seattle at a shop with Alice
on the front with the caption, "Anyone for flapjacks?"

I always thought it would be a cool shirt to have, but I never bought it.

It always did make me hungry, though. :liplick:

She won a couple of emmy awards prior to Brady Bunch for her role as Schultzy on The Bob Cummings Show(Love That Bob) in the '50's. She did have a life before Brady Bunch!:)

The Bob Cummings Show was a great show. It's sad that very few people today have even heard of it.

I wonder if "Love that Bob" will ever come to METV. We could see Ann in a different role.
