Everyone is very good looking and very good at what they do, yes. But some of their personality traits lead me to believe that they would not have been surgeons if they acted like that in real life.

I'm only in season 4, but still.

Izzy isn't smart enough and neither is George and certainly not Alex! The Chief doesn't seem like anything special, either.

As far as the Nazi, she's awesome but doesn't seem much like a mom and wife. I find those parts of her personality imcompatible.
