I have a friend who has stored a lot of photos and information on her phone and needs to have it repaired so she can recover those items. She can't afford to have it fixed, and I was wondering if there's a way she can download those pix and data to her computer. The repair service is charging $200 to fix the phone, which seems a bit steep to me. You can buy a new phone for under $20. It sounds to me like she is getting ripped off. (Not sure what's wrong with her phone; only know it's not working properly). Any suggestions?
