I was watching the final moments of the Grand Canyon episode and as Jay Silverheels was pouring the water in the direction of the four winds it seemed that the direction was off.
He announced each direction followed by the pouring of the water.
To the East: He pours the water to his left.
To the West: He pours the water to his right.
To the North: He pours the water in front of him.
To the South: He pours the water behind him.
However, if the East is on his left, then South should be in front of him, not behind.
For those with the DVDs, have a look and see if you see the same error.

A tad picky in pointing out something so irrelevent don't you think?

That is what fans do on message boards such as this.
Good catch Caladon. Maybe Alice had given him directions. She was confused about the path "her flight" would be heading on one of the occasions she was leaving the Bradys.

Sounds like the kinda thing Robert Reed would've had a fit about if he had noticed.

Thank you, magellan333. I liked your tie-in to an earlier episode; it provides a nice continuity.

Of course it's irrelevant, that's what makes it fun. Never underestimate the power and fun of being silly and irrelevant.

That's correct, if you're standing and East is to your left, then you're facing South and your back is to the North.

I heard that he did notice. In fact, he was so incensed that he threatened to jump. But being that he was at the bottom of the Grand Canyon and there was nowhere to go, no one gave a sh*t.
