"Girl Meets World" Casting Scoop: Meet Cory's Little Brother!

It's time to (re)meet a member of the Matthews Family!

Think back —14 year ago to be exact — to the very last episode of "Boy Meets World". Fans were touched when Cory (Ben Savage) passed on some heartfelt words of wisdom about taking on the world to his baby brother, Joshua, in the final few minutes of the series.

(We're feeling all the feels just thinking about it. Seriously just look at how adorable this conversation is!)



And now, it's time to catch up with the youngest member of the Matthews family in Disney's highly anticipated new series "Girl Meets World".

So which lucky actor has been tapped to join one of the coolest families in TV history?







"The Glades'" Uriah Shelton will appear in the series' upcoming holiday episode as teenage "Uncle Joshua," Cory's laid back and effortlessly cool little bro. (He sounds like a mini Eric Matthews!)

In the same holiday episode, 'Girl Meets Home for the Holidays', fans will also be treated to the ultimate "Boy Meets World" reunion.

Betsey Randle and William Russ are set to reprise their roles as Amy and Allen Matthews, while Rider Strong will once again grace our TV screen as the perfectly-haired Shawn Hunter.

I'm glad they didn't forget about Joshua. I don't know why, but I was worried they might.

I've seen that young man in a few of his other films and I can not wait to see him on this show, to me, Uriah is so precious! :) :) :)

I wish Cory's parents moved to NYC so they and Uriah can become regulars :D
