"Major Crimes" Scoop: Azita Ghanizada and "The Closer's" 'Dick Tracy' Cop Season 3 Roles

"Alphas" alumna Azita Ghanizada and "Review‘s" Andrew Daly are among the guest stars on tap for Season 3 of TNT’s "Major Crimes".
In the third episode of the coming season (which bows Monday, June 9 at 9/8c), Ghanizada will play Angela Soames, an employee at a potentially shady cryogenic facility, TVLine has learned. Daly appears in the same episode, reprising his circa 2009 role on "The Closer", as wannabe detective Richard “Dick” Tracy.
"ER" alum Paul McCrane will direct the episode.
Also during Season 3, Tom Berenger and Bill Brochtrup will be back as Capt. Raydor’s estranged husband Jack and Rusty’s therapist Dr. Joe Bowman, respectively.
Ransford Doherty and Kathe Mazur will continue to recur as Coroner’s Investigator Kendall and DDA Andrea Hobbs.
