I tried watching Season 8 on DVD but Janet's nose job just ruins that entire season for me.

I wish this wasn't the case, but I just can't get passed it. Does anyone else feel this way?

Also, did Joyce get approval from the producers of the show before she got her nose job? If not that did she let them know? I would have been upset if she did this on her own without asking.

I'll check out my DVD's because I hardly ever noticed she had a nose job.

Ok so I've bee able to compare episodes from season 7 to season 8 and there are a few minor differences on Joyce.

Her nose seems a bit thicker around the tip of the nose as opposed to thin in S7 but then again Joyce also does look a bit haggard by the last year, I think she was trying real hard too not to show how aggravated she was by the producers keeping John Ritter's spin-off until the last minute from the cast.

I didn't notice her nose, but her eyes were definitely different.

This may sound nuts but even her voice sounded different than in previous seasons LOL.
