Does adding somebody to your ignore list mean they cannot send you a private message?
Yep. Anyone on your ignore list can't contact you at all. I've used it a few times for that.

I myself haven't had to use it. I have one person here I iggy and they iggy me as well. I suppose it works out just the same as the list anyway.
