"The Big Bang Theory" has Most-Watched Finale Ever

"The Big Bang Theory" surged to its most watched-season finale ever Thursday night.

In a year where so many shows are scoring their weakest finales yet, CBS’s comedy kingpin went out on top, delivering 16.3 million viewers and a 4.8 rating among adults 18-49 for its seventh season closer.

In addition, "Big Bang" matched last season’s finale in the demo.
