So I was hit with the inspiration to "Eastland-ize" the Monopoly game, and here's what I came up with; it was fun trying to follow the value of increasing properties, lol. I would love to make it look totally professional, but this is the best I can do with Excel at the moment, lol.

I changed "Community Chest" to "Blair's Luggage" ;) , and "Chance" is "Girls! Girls!", lol, and the four railroads are four modes of Eastland transportation. The "start" is in the bottom right corner, where the "GO" space is now "Eastland Gates".

Utilities are marked with tildes (~), and the "railroads" (transportations) with asterisks (*).
