These are great! I love how you made each weapon match with the suspect! Sue Ann's sweater as a weapon cracked me up.

This should be a real game!... except I already know Jo killed Roy... LOL!

(actually, whatever did happen to Roy?)

Thanks, yeah, I thought that would be fun, lol.

Sue Ann's sweater as a weapon cracked me up.

You caught that! Somehow I knew you would. :) Yup, the sweater she sort of trendily wears around her shoulders sometimes. It could be used for strangulation.

Yeah, I wish they had kept him around for at least Edna's Edibles; he could have made deliveries personally for Mrs. Garrett, outside of his Eastland deliveries.

Bwah! Yes, I know the sweater you're talking about! And Nancy has her phone, and Cindy her hockey stick. Why Molly has a typewriter, I have no idea. She should have an out-of-tune guitar. ;)

Bradley's clipboard and Mahoney's pencil are inspired.

Yeah, that actually would have been the perfect opportunity to have him visit the shop. Restaurants need supplies just as much as school cafeterias... maybe more, considering Eastland's extremely limited menu in Spring 1980. ;)

Okay, do more! Do more!

Yup! "That" sweater, lol.

And Nancy has her phone

Oo! Actually I just thought of one better. :) Edit coming...

Why Molly has a typewriter, I have no idea. She should have an out-of-tune guitar. ;)

But you did just remind me, that actually wasn't Molly's typewriter (in the same way that the phone wasn't Nancy's, either [Sue Ann: "Ya don't own that phone, ya know."]). Another edit coming. ;)

Bradley's clipboard and Mahoney's pencil are inspired.

A clipboard and a pencil seemed more "weapony" than a stop watch and an I.Q. test. ;)

Bwahaha!

I wish I could make these games! lol Hey, stores could sell 'em as a "set"---wouldn't that be something?? lol!

Now, that's hilarious! But I actually think the phone works a lot better for Nancy, since she was on the phone constantly.

I dunno... that stop watch almost resulted in two girls ripping each other limb from limb. That IQ test, too. ;)

True, that phone was such a part of her in most of those 1980 shows. Re-edit coming.

lol, too true!

Nice. I love Clue- and The Facts of Life is a great show too. This sounds like it would be a funny combination- good job on matching the characters to likely objects- I particularly appreciated Blair and the hairspray, Jo and the lug wrench, Natalie and the diary and Tootie and the roller skates. And Mrs. Garrett and the bun warmer- lol.

I would totally buy this, if it was available for purchase.

Glad it gave ya a laugh, lol. I wanted to change the weapons up a bit between the Eastland and Edna's Edibles™ editions, but it's tough thinking of some new ones, lol.

We all know how Edna can get riled up over a bun warmer! ;)

Maybe they could release special DVDs with complete-game-set packaged editions! lol

Where's the one for Over Our Heads?

I wondered when someone would ask that, lol. ;)

Frankly I just didn't think there would be much difference between an EE and an OOH version, unless you went with suspects including Beverly Ann, Andy, Pippa, and George. But I have no idea what you would use for character-touch weapons, except maybe a carpenter's tool for George.

But for the Edna OOH years, here ya go, lol:

Clue - The Over Our Heads™ Edition (1988-1989)

Victim: Pippa

SUSPECTS

Beverly Ann
Blair

Natalie
Tootie
Andy

Instead of quiche, hairbrush, WD-40, diary, roller skates, and level, may I suggest red thing (http://imremembering.com/post/10735812763/over-our-heads-see-the-facts-of-life), hair dryer*, shoulder pads, inflatable palm tree (http://www.x-entertainment.com/updates/pics/dissects-tfol/gallery/big/24.jpg), lapel button, and hammer?

*the one from "Seven Little Indians", of course.

lol, "red thing", ...maybe those could be for a 1986-1988 edition? Although yes, I need to change the quiche, thanks...okay, what the heck, might as well upgrade it all, lol.

Thanks, though I admit I had to skim through season 7's "Grand Opening" on YouTube to scan the shop for other ideas, lol. Well, I did remember the fish pen, but I had forgotten about Gumby, Pokey, the cards, and other 1980s miscellany there, lol.

Okay, after having just watched season 8, I have now updated the OOH edition of FOL Clue to include Beverly Ann as a player and with her own weapon, lol (and moved it to season 9 so Pippa could be the victim, lol). I also changed Natalie and Tootie's weapons in the "Edna's Edibles" edition so they wouldn't be repeats from the "Eastland Edition".

Okay, and here are two imperfect mock-ups of the Clue board game covers for the "Lost Girls" and "Eastland" editions, lol. A creative labor of love!

OMG, the board game covers are AMAZING! Well done, '80s!

I totally want both editions. I'm even temped to make this game myself, if you don't make it. GameCrafter.com (https://www.thegamecrafter.com/), just sayin'.

I'm torn, though. While I appreciate that you stuck Felice in the background of the board game cover, which seems appropriate given her role after the first few episodes, I thought for sure you'd give Cindy the (jump)rope. ;)

I joke. This was great. Bravo!

Haha! Well, I had the Cindy-related weapon in the Lost Girls Edition™ the hockey stick, but wow "(jump) rope" is a fantastic weapon choice! haha! You just made me go update my original post! :-) (along with replacing "The Crock" with Miss Mahoney as the victim, and Mrs. Garrett taking Miss Mahoney's place as a suspect; new weapon, "sewing machine", lol).

Well, I see your point, but I like to think of the point of the game as wanting to find out who the perpetrator is so you can "AHA!" figure it out and feel proud for uncovering the truth, and keep that "mystery game" feel.

If Kelly were a victim, the game would just be a party, lol.
