Fran Fine from The Nanny(Fran Drescher)

I'm legitimately stunned Chrissy on "Three's Company" isn't an option. Is there anything worse than a beautiful woman with an awful laugh?

Main characters - Fran (Fran Drescher) from "The Nanny"
Recurring characters - Janice (Maggie Wheeler) from "Friends"
These are the exact same 2 characters that popped in my mind. Don't get me wrong, I adore both of them but their laughs are very recognizable and annoying to many.

From the list it is definitely Arnold Horshack.
