Star Trek all the way, The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine are the best.

There is a third Star Trek film coming to complete its trilogy ASAP.

I don't think Star Wars is anywhere near a snoozefest. I think the characters in Star Wars are more interesting than Star Trek.

I love them both. I'm a huge fan of the original Star Wars trilogy, I also like the 2 Ewok movies. And I do watch the Star Wars Holiday Special every December. The second trilogy is pretty good, Attack Of The Clones and Revenge Of The Sith especially. I'm looking forward to VII. Someday we may yet get to see that live-action Star Wars TV series.

But I'm also a huge fan of the original Star Trek series, the movies- mainly the first 4 films, but also VI, Generations, and First Contact. I like The Next Generation and Deep Space 9.

I love them both, but Star Trek was my 1st love. Star Wars ep 4-5-and 6 I am very fond of but ep 1-2 and 3 are only okay IMO

I not into the whole Science Fiction thing so I may be one of the only people on here that don't like either of these movies.

Star Trek by far. And why are the people who don't like Science fiction responding? Makes no sense to me.

All of Star Trek and Star Wars are cool to me. (The only Star Trek I'm not so fond of are movies 11 and 12 so far- I like some aspects of them, but not all. Of course, I could say the same for the 10th. movie, for that matter.)

Star Trek. Because that show broke the mold and changed our perspective on space travel. The special effects were landmark in their day. The interplay between the characters was much better.

When I was a kid I had a discussion with a friend about which was better, Star Trek or Star Wars ) We also had a discussuon over Star Trek vs the original Battlestar Galactica). :boxing: We examined the ships of "The Bad Guys" (That's The Empire and the Cylons for those of you in Rio Linda!). Our conclusion - In BOTH cases the baddies were nothing a Phaser Bank and/or a Photon Torpedo couldn't handle! :D :crazy: :lol: :rofl: :rotflmao: :brent

I just got RETURN OF THE JEDI (Star wars 3) at salvation army today!

It was recorded in LP mode... I think from cable TV in the 80s (Its the original movie.... NO CHANGES... Nothing digital)

Part of the movie GREMLINS was left on the tape after the movie.. (59 Mins was left (Most of it was recorded over by Star wars))

Now I have part 1 and 3 on VHS (Now to get 2 (Empire Strikes Back) to complete my collection :))
