ThomasE, I know you are from Tampa. FL. How do they talk in
Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, Florida? Just curious.

To me, it seems that others talk in a regular normal voice. Now for people who are not from the area, they continue to speak with the accents they were born with. I haven't lived in NYC for a while and I still have my accent on the occastion. Send me an e-mail and we'll continue to talk from there.

What I meant was what is the general type of accent of natives
of the Tampa-St. Petersburg area?

To me the natives would have a little southern drawl. Just slightly.

Maybe I'm confused, but does this have anything to do with FOL??
