Just with everything in general. I have no job right now and no social life. My friends all have families or about to have families and that kind of leaves me on the outside looking in. Plus, my mother still has to have her hip done although she's trying to find an alternative to that. I'm trying to sell my home as basically all the money goes to paying bills. Its very hard right now for me and I hate it.
My birthday is coming up in 6 days. I guess I should be happy about that but I'm really not. I am going out with my mom and cousin on May 9 but I cant help but feel lousy because my birthday has become just a regular day:(
Not only that, I'm trying to start my blog. Try to get it off the ground but that just seems like a waste of time because NOBODY reads it. I'm getting tired of trying to do something, put my name out there and get nothing in return. Thanks for letting me vent.

I know how you feel. Do you feel your life is in a rut? Are you doing the same things over and over. Nothing exciting to look forward too. And then when you do, the outing is is just so so. All I can say is get involved in something. A part time job, volunteer. Then when you do, Say hello to people. This is what I do. It helps a little. I have a some money but don't know how to use it to my benefit. I live away from entertainment areas. There are bars but I am not into that. Don't want to be hit on. Plus being a gal I don't want to a target. I do need a pal.

Its tough all the time. A lot of things I'm not interested in. I mean I would go to a restaurant or whatever but if its a club, thats just not me. If a group of people were going and we could just hang out thats fine, too. I'm not a big drinker, in fact I dont have many vices. I dont smoke or drink. I'm not knocking people who do, thats your business, but thats just me.

I understand where you are coming from METS. Where do you live?

It looks like you've been blogging for years and you're quite opinionated when it comes to television.
I'm not too happy with life at the moment either but a lot of my problems are my own fault.
Best wishes,
Chris Ferguson

I can relate, I'm very discouraged right now. I have a job but with no benefits and I've sent out 8 resume's with no luck. I live alone all my family is spread out and not very close anymore. I've got a weeks worth of diabetes, cholesterol, and blood pressure meds left. My Kaiser policy was canceled, so I will probably wait for open enrollment from my job and get the crappy insurance in June.
