Hi to all.
I live in Europe and I bought all the 5 series DVD-box from USA.
They are very good and I saw all of them.

But I found out only one DVD isn't working, as it's scratched (I tried to polish well, nothing to do).
It's the 3° dvd of the Season Three.

I tried to look at the .vob and I rescued:
Family Plan
A matter of privacy

but these (corresponding to vob2-3-4-5-6) aren't ok:
To Love with Buffy
A family group
A lesson for grown-ups
Oh, to be in England

I looked if others had this problem and I found for example in Amazon that several people had this problem, also with different disks.
Unfortunately it's not convenient for me to send the dvd back and get a return. :(

Have you found one bad DVD in your set?

Mine plays fine! I bought the individual sets of all the seasons.

I'm thinking of a possible way to get those files: if one has bought the dvd and has a good Internet connection (particularly in upload), could send me the files I need to make the dvd work.

If someone is so kind to help me get those files, can contact me with a PM. If someone is in my situation with another disk (as I saw in Amazon comments), I will help him/her sending the .vob needed (I have good Internet upload).
(It should be correct to show the scratched original disk).

I don't think it's illegal, as we all payed the product...
Maybe for USA buyers it's easier to send the dvd back and get a gratis return, but we, European customers, cannot afford that...

Here's mine:
(It was not easy to show well the scratches with camera, due to reflections. It had those scratches just as new, maybe an error in duplicating factory).

So, is there none that wants to help me complete the 3rd season?

Even with a flat Internet connection with low update bandwidth as 512kbs, uploading one .vob file lasts about 5 hours.
With 1Mbs is about 2h.
It's not so bad, I think, no?
