(The Toronto Raptors beat the Brooklyn Nets 95-87.)

(Ralph is at the kitchen table all upset.)

Ralph: "Wow! Alice, the Nets have blown it. They could have had a 3-1 lead in the series, but nooooo. They now have a tied series at 2-2."

Alice: "Cheer up Ralph. They still have a good chance."

Ralph: "Yeah, they need to stop this 'Win one game. Lose the other.' They need some consistency to win the NBA title."

(Ed comes down and blows his nose.)

Ed: "It was a dark, dark day. The Raptors beat the Nets again. I was so sad that I thought I would die to no tears."

(Ralph rolls his eyes.)

Ralph: "Norton, the Nets need us to cheer them up. When they come back to Brooklyn, maybe we can teach them some pointers."

(Alice laughs.)

Alice: "That is like the student teaching the teacher to teach."

Ralph: "Alice, I can shoot basketballs pretty good. But, I was to short."

Alice: "You would never make it down the court."

Ralph: "One of these days Alice. One of these days...POW! RIGHT IN THE KISSER!"

Ed: "Hey, Ralph if you were in the NBA you would make history."

Ralph: "Thank you Norton."

Ed: "You would be the fattest person in the NBA ever."

Ralph (yells): "GET OUT! GEEEEEEEEEEEEET OUT!"

(Ed leaves.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. The Miami Beach audiences are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
