isiahthomas 04-19-2014, 11:26 AM Nice pictures. I'm gonna be watching the playoffs today when the Warriors and Clippers play. I won't watch the Pacers and Hawks today because the Hawks suck. I wish the Knicks would've played the Pacers instead of the Hawks because the Knicks would've been a tougher opponent for them. The Hawks haven't been good since Dominique Wilkins left hahahahahahahaha. I miss Dominique and he was so awesome with his slam dunks. Dominique is a commentator now for Atlanta. I wonder what his brother Gerald is doing. Here's my picks.
Pacers over Hawks
Heat over Bobcats
Wizards over Bulls
Raptors over Nets
Spurs over Mavericks
Thunder over Grizzlies
Rockets over Blazers
Clippers over Warriors
isiahthomas 04-19-2014, 11:28 AM That picture you posted of Rudy Gay and Paul Pierce, i wanted to comment on that. Rudy is with Sacramento now. I know he was with Toronto when the season started and they're stupid for trading him.
KJH278 04-19-2014, 11:55 AM #1 Indiana Pacers vs. #8 Atlanta Hawks
#2 Miami Heat vs. #7 Charlotte Bobcats
#3 Toronto Raptors vs. #6 Brooklyn Nets
#4 Chicago Bulls vs. #5 Washington Wizards
Western Conference:
#1 San Antonio Spurs vs. #8 Dallas Mavericks
#2 Oklahoma City Thunder vs. #7 Memphis Grizzlies
#3 Los Angeles Clippers vs. #6 Golden State Warriors
#4 Houston Rockets vs. #5 Portland Trailblazers
isiahthomas 04-19-2014, 01:34 PM Why did you post these matchups? We already know what teams are playing each other LOL. If you would've read the topic, he was asking people what teams are gonna win.
MrCleveland 04-19-2014, 07:23 PM I hate to say this but...
...I feel that the Heat may have a Three-Peat this year in the Finals!
But now I care less...LeBron can win 10 Rings in a row with the Heat and nothing else would be new!
simmytbone 04-20-2014, 04:30 AM I hate to say this but...

Don't count on it brother, I don't think anyone is gonna break Bill Russell's Record of 11 straight championships
simmytbone 04-21-2014, 02:56 AM Hey guys,
What a weekend it has been and we have just gotten started:
Round 1 of the NBA Playoffs and Game #1 was a weekend of unexpected turns
The Eastern Conference Quarterfinals witnessed 3 teams winning on the road while 1 team has won @ home
Brooklyn Nets won on the road against the Toronto Raptors 94-87
Atlanta Hawks won on the road against the #1 Indiana Pacers 101-93
and the Miami Heat won a game at home against the Charlotte Bobcats 99-88
The Western Conference Quarterfinals witnessed 2 and 2
2 Teams won on the road while 2 teams won at home
Golden State Warriors won on the road against the Los Angeles Clippers 109-105
Oklahoma City Thunder won at home against the Memphis Grizzlies 100-86
#1 San Antonio Spurs won at home against the Dallas Mavericks 90-85
and finally, the last game ended in Overtime as the Portland Trailblazers won on the road against the Houston Rockets 122-120 - an AWESOME Game
and now, 8 teams take 1st Blood
Atlanta Hawks, Miami Heat, Brooklyn Nets, Washington Wizards, San Antonio Spurs, Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors and the Portland Trailblazers
More Games Monday Night on TNT as the Grizzlies and Thunder do battle followed by the Warriors and Clippers
isiahthomas 04-21-2014, 01:14 PM I was surprised Atlanta, Golden State, Portland won. Charlotte played Miami tough. That's gonna be a good series. I think Atlanta might win their series against Indiana. Larry Bird looked mad when he was at the Pacers game and i heard some Pacers fans booing them.
simmytbone 04-24-2014, 02:44 PM Well guys, so far only 2 teams have won the 1st 2 Games on the Road:
Washington Wizards and Portland Trailblazers
WOW!
What do ya guys make of that?
MrCleveland 04-30-2014, 12:05 AM Well...
...with the way Donald Sterling handled his Clippers...the Warriors may win this game against the Clippers! (PS-Have Sterling NOT even watch the games at home...that's what happens when "Keeping it Real...goes Wrong"!)
I got that part from "Chappelle's Show". And now...Sterling must live like this...
XUWKrzsFh2c
Sterling will be eating egg noodles and ketchup for the rest of his ****ing life!
simmytbone 05-03-2014, 03:35 PM Hey guys, this weekend for the 1st time EVER
5 Game 7's in one weekend
This is gonna be AWESOME!!
simmytbone 05-04-2014, 07:37 PM Hey guys, what a weekend it has been
5 Game 7's and 4 teams won Game 7 @ home while only 1 team has won Game 7 on the Road
Indiana Pacers, OKC Thunder, L.A. Clippers and San Antonio Spurs have all won Game 7 @ home while the Brooklyn Nets have once again played Game 7 and they won it on the road in Toronto when Paul Pierce made an awesome block and this is the 1st time that the Nets have won Game 7 on the road and it's also the 1st for Jason Kidd as a Head Coach
AWESOME WEEKEND!!
also, the Portland Trailblazers with the Buzzer Beaters sent the Houston Rockets packin' and they clinched their 1st Playoff Victory in 14 years since the year 2000
and now, we go to the next round
Indiana Pacers and San Antonio Spurs have both held on to their respective #1 seeds as they still hold on to Home Court Advantage
also, Thunder and Heat also have Home Court Advantage as well

I thought for sure the Raptors were going to win in a blowout
simmytbone 05-07-2014, 12:15 PM Well guys, Game #1 of the Quarterfinals witnessed a turn of events:
Monday Night, 2 teams won on the road while last night, 2 teams won @ home
The Washington Wizards and the Los Angeles Clippers have won on the road Monday Night while the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs won @ home Tuesday Night
and tonight and tomorrow, we began Game #2
WIN or GO HOME
Sweathog 05-07-2014, 12:25 PM I am loving how well the Wizards are doing in the playoffs after so many poor seasons.
isiahthomas 05-17-2014, 11:18 AM Well Washington Wizards sorry asses got eliminated. I don't understand how they blew out Indiana in game 5 but then lose at home in game 6. They lost all their home games against Indiana. They don't deserve to make it to the 3rd round and i picked them to beat Indiana. They need to work on a lot in the offseason if they're ever trying to win a championship. John Wall needs to work on his jumpshot and he also needs to stop playing outta control. He pushes the ball too fast and they need to stop shooting so many jumpshots. They also need to work on improving their defense because they need a center that can block some shots. Marcin Gortat isn't a shotblocker and that's why Roy Hibbert dominated him. I think Miami is gonna beat Indiana and the Spurs are gonna beat Oklahoma especially since Serge Ibaka is out for the rest of the playoffs. That sucks for Oklahoma because i like Serge. It's good to see guys like him that block shots because there's too many soft big men that would rather take a charge than block shots hahahahahahaha. I love big men that block shots because i'm tired of these soft ass big men taking a charge instead of blocking shots.
simmytbone 05-17-2014, 03:25 PM That's right
This year is a 1st in years:
The Top 2 Teams in the Eastern Conference and the Top 2 Teams in the Western Conference are gonna square off
2 Conference Championship Return Matches:
#1 San Antonio Spurs vs. #2 OKC Thunder and #1 Indiana Pacers vs. #2 Miami Heat
Who will go to the NBA Finals?
That's the Question!
Find out Next Week
2014 Eastern Conference Championship will be on ESPN while the 2014 Western Conference Championship Return Match will be on TNT
WIN or GO HOME
Tim Duncan and Kevin Durant

isiahthomas 05-17-2014, 04:42 PM Nice pictures. I hope Miami wins the championship and i think they're gonna play the Spurs. I wanna see Lebron and Dwayne get another championship. If they get another championship, Dwayne should retire because he's getting older and he isn't as good as he used to be. It'll be interesting to see if he retires after this season if they don't win a championship. Either Dwayne or Chris won't be back for Miami next season because Miami isn't gonna be able to pay them two and Lebron. I hope Lebron stays in Miami. I know Cleveland Cavs fans wanna see him come back to Cleveland and i don't think he's gonna do that.
simmytbone 05-17-2014, 05:52 PM Personally, I'm pulling for the Spurs to win it all b/c to me, Duncan deserves another one more than Lebron, IMO
as much as I like D-Wade, he's the franchise of the Heat, but to me, the Heat hasn't played all that well and the same can be said about the Pacers, the Eastern Conference hasn't impressed me lately
The only team that I like from the East are the Chicago Bulls, but even they were a disappointment in the 1st Round of the Playoffs
I'm pulling for the west b/c the Western Conference is far more competitive than the Eastern Conference
I hope that the Spurs have learned from their mistakes and if these 2 teams do meet up than that means that the Spurs will get the Home Court Advantage, but if it's Pacers vs. Thunder than the Pacers will get Home Court Advantage, but it would be hard for ANYONE from the Pacers to Guard Durant
Now if it's Thunder/Heat Rematch, who knows what the outcome would be, I don't think Durant is gonna pull it off again b/c the Thunder don't have a SOLID Bench
But if it's Spurs vs. Pacers, then that means it will be 2 #1 Teams, but only one can be the UNDISPUTED #1 in the NBA Season, but I also think that the Spurs might sweep the Pacers in the NBA Finals if it comes down to those 2 teams
But all in all, I'm pulling for the Spurs to win it all
Now as far as D-Wade retiring, who knows?
Only time will tell
MrCleveland 05-31-2014, 08:25 AM The Heat are in the Finals again...I think they'll win it all...would the Heat go for a four-peat after this year?
simmytbone 06-01-2014, 02:08 AM The Heat are in the Finals again...I think they'll win it all...would the Heat go for a four-peat after this year?
I don't know, the Spurs got home court advantage this year and they are playing like a championship team
Personally, I am pulling for the Spurs to win and hopefully, Greg Popovich learned from their mistakes, and plus, I don't think the Heat are gonna pull it off this year b/c they don't have their Good Luck Charm Mike Miller

MrCleveland 06-01-2014, 12:04 PM Well...It's the Heat vs the Spurs!
Game 1 is this Thursday!
isiahthomas 06-07-2014, 10:54 AM Well Lebron got hurt in the 4th quarter because he got a cramp in his leg and he left to go to the locker room. I saw him on ESPN this morning talking about he'll be ready for the game on Sunday. I was disappointed Miami lost the first game and if they lose this next game, they're gonna be in trouble. I don't think they can win 3 straight in Miami. If Miami doesn't win the championship, one of the big three will be gone and i think it's gonna be Chris Bosh. Chris said he wants to take a pay cut and stay next season. So i'll have to see what happens. I think Erik Spoelstra should be fired if they don't win because he doesn't know how to coach. I don't know why he doesn't play Michael Beasley at all when he knows Miami needs some scoring from their bench and Michael can score. What is he on the team for if he isn't gonna play? I don't know why he's been playing Rashard Lewis so much lately. He doesn't do anything else besides shoot jumpshots. He doesn't rebound and he doesn't defend. He doesn't play Greg Oden at all. Erik is a terrible coach and the only reason why he wins is because Lebron, Dwayne, Chris, Ray Allen make him look good.
simmytbone 06-11-2014, 02:49 PM Well guys, the San Antonio Spurs have done it once again as they went to Miami and def. the Heat 111-92 to take a 2-1 lead over the Heat
This is the 2nd year in a row that the Spurs have won Game #3 in the NBA Finals against the Heat
D-Wade, Lebron, Bosh and Ray Allen have all got outplayed by Duncan, Parker, Ginobili and Company
WAY TO GO SPURS!!

I may be wrong about the Heat...Duncan may get one more ring and retire while the Big Three in South Beach may be disbanded!
isiahthomas 06-13-2014, 01:14 PM Well the Spurs won again last night. So it's over for Miami because the Spurs are gonna win Sunday in San Antonio. I think you're right MrCleveland that Miami's big three will get broken up. I think Lebron and Dwayne Wade will stay but Chris Bosh is gonna be gone. Dwayne will probably retire with Miami at the end of the season or next season. It's a shame that Lebron has no help. His teammates aren't doing nothing on offense and their defense is terrible. Miami's defense is usually good but not in this series. Erik Spoelstra needs to be fired because he doesn't know how to coach. I can't stand him. I'm pissed at him for not playing Michael Beasley in this series. I don't think Michael has played the whole playoffs.

That...and I don't think LeBron may win another ring in Miami if Bosh goes.
What would happen if Bosh went to Cleveland?
isiahthomas 06-14-2014, 10:29 AM Chris Bosh isn't going to Cleveland. I wonder if Lebron might go back to Cleveland before his career is over. MrCleveland, did you hear about the Cavs are interested in Mark Jackson being their coach? I hope they hire him because then Lebron probably would consider going back to Cleveland because i think he would like playing for Mark.
Dianne3 06-14-2014, 03:51 PM I read, in Entertainment News of all places, that SA winning game 4 had very high viewership.
