NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment is bringing its lifestyle brands Bravo, Oxygen, Esquire and E! together in a new division. Lifestyle Networks will be overseen by president Frances Berwick (http://www.thewrap.com/the-state-of-e-what-frances-berwick-and-adam-stotsky-must-tackle/). She is adding E! and Esquire Network to her existing portfolio of Bravo and Oxygen Media and will be in charge of E!’s original programming. As part of the restructuring, revealed today by NBCU Cable Entertainment Chairman Bonnie Hammer, to whom Berwick reports, Esquire President Adam Stotsky is adding the title of General Manager of E! Entertainment, responsible for day-to-day operations of the network. He now will report to Berwick. E! president Suzanne Kolb is exiting the company (http://deadline.com/2014/09/suzanne-kolb-exits-e-843583/).
With the restructuring, Hammer is aligning four of NBCU Cable Entertainment’s six top cable networks under Berwick, with only the biggies — USA Network and Syfy — operating on their own under presidents Chris McCumber and Dave Howe, respectively. “In a crowded, constantly evolving media landscape, it’s more important than ever to have a business structure that not only delivers results today but also sets a course with the right leadership for future success,” said Hammer. “Frances is that rare individual whose creative instincts are as finely tuned as her business savvy. Her impressive track record is all about identifying compelling, innovative content. It’s part of her DNA, and it will be an invaluable asset in this new role and in maximizing E!’s tremendous brand potential.”
As part of her oversight of E! Entertainment, Berwick will be directly responsible for original programming and development. “I’ve been a huge longtime fan of E! from afar, so I’m really excited to now be part of the team,” she said. As GM, Stotsky will be in charge of daily operations, overseeing news, digital, marketing, communications, research and acquisitions. As President of Esquire, he will continue to have direct oversight of all areas of the network. “The distinctive brand and impressive slate that Adam and his team at Esquire Network have built in a short period of time is remarkable,” Berwick said. “I look forward to working even closer together as we take E! to new heights.”
This continues Berwick’s rise at NBCUniversal, where she has been for almost two decades. She was named President of Bravo in 2010 and President of Bravo and Oxygen Media in 2013. Berwick also oversaw Style from 2011 until the channel’s 2013 re-branding as Esquire.
Since joining Bravo in 1996, Berwick has overseen the development of such network mainstays as the Real Housewives franchise, Watch What Happens Live! and Emmy winners Queer Eye For The Straight Guy and Top Chef. Most recently, she has led the network’s foray into scripted programming, with its first original scripted series Girlfriends’ Guide To Divorce slated to premiere December 2. Berwick already has put her stamp on Oxygen’s original slate with hits Preachers Of L.A. and Sisterhood Of Hip Hop.
A 13-year veteran of NBCUniversal, Stotsky was named President of Esquire Network in 2013. Prior to that, he served as General Manager of G4 and President of Marketing for NBC Entertainment. From 2001-08, he held senior marketing positions at Syfy.

Horrible network full of crappy and insipid reality shows featuring those Kartrashians.

Everything about Diane Sawyer's interview was the polar opposite of everything on E!, says Andrew Wallenstein. "Considering the Kardashians and E! churn out nothing but cultural pollution," he says, "there's cause for concern that they lack the capacity to step up their game when the material demands it, as is the case with Jenner's next chapter. Let's face it: We're about to see a show about a man who is trying to be a role model emerge from the same orbit as a family who has succeeded on E! by breeding anti-role models."

Lets not make the Kardashians the worst of the worst. What this guy fails to realize is that if you want to knock the Kardashians, fine. But there's a lot of trash on tv from Bravo etc.
