actually, I think it is a spoof of the (fill in the appropriate word, none nice) on the right who spew the 2nd amendment all the time and 99.99% probably never read the Constitution or bill of rights in the first place.

The smart people know the declaration is by far the more important document anyhow

and guess what, everybody is talking about it

making Rolling Stone a winner and still champion

(everybody knows

Life liberty and the pursuit of happiness is snuffed out by any private citizen who has a gun and shoots someone

And Abraham Lincoln always felt it was by far the most important truth to know about America
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
