"Walking Dead" Promotes Andrew J. West, Alanna Masterson and Christian Serratos

"The Walking Dead" has promoted Andrew J. West, Alanna Masterson and Christian Serratos to series regulars for Season 5, TVGuide.com has learned.
West was introduced during Sunday's Season 4 finale as Terminus leader Gareth, who lied to Rick (Andrew Lincoln) about being in possession of his people. Though he may seem evil, executive producer Robert Kirkman tells TVGuide.com that Gareth will not be the main villain of Season 5.
Both Masterson and Serratos joined the show earlier this season. Masterson plays Tara Chambler, an unknowing ally of the Governor (David Morrissey) who was rescued by Glenn (Steven Yeun) after the fall of the prison.
Serratos, who plays comic book character Rosita Espinosa, was cast alongside Michael Cudlitz and Josh McDermitt, both of whom were already promoted to series regulars.
