Dont you feel networks just dont know how to program there channels anymore? I mean you look at all this reality tv stuff and they try to give you some classic programming. Ex. look at channels like WE TV, The Hub, FX, TV Land etc. They shove the reality tv stuff down your throat and edit and chop up the classic sitcoms or programming. I would just like to figure out what the channels are trying to be? Is WE TV, AMC, FX, TV Land, The Hub the home of original programming? Reality programming? Classic programming? I dont think you could be all three. I just wish some of the networks would make up there minds already.

Actually TVLand hasn't aired reality in a few years, all their originals now are sitcoms.

That's why I won't get cable now...

Why buy stations that show reality **** on it? I hope for the day when Reality Shows collapse and are never shown again on TV!

I even made a retrojunk.com article about cable TV and when I had it when I was a kid...I won't even regret having it because of the quality of the stations...now It's quantity of Reality Shows on there!

I avoid TV Land for a variety of reasons (what a great channel it was at one time!), but mostly because they run a zillion commercials. Once in a while I tune in to see an Andy Griffith episode and the number of commercials is disgusting. A total turn-off.

Once I graduate from Ohio Center for Broadcasting...I'm gonna try to find a way to make a TV Station like Antenna TV or MeTV and It'll show shows from the 80's and 90's.

Mr. Cleveland, dont forget to hire me!!! I agree about Andy Griffith. There are so many commercials that you actually get bored and not want to finish the episode because its takes forever.

I'll do that once It's launched! It'll have 80's shows like "Gimme a Break", "Mr. Belvedere", "Facts of Life", "The Hogan Family", "Scarecrow and Mrs. King", "Murder She Wrote", "Heathcliff", and "DuckTales" to name a few...and 90's shows would contain "Garfield", "MST3K", "Home Improvement", "Mr. Cooper", "Dr. Quinn", "Darkwing Duck", and "Caroline in the City"...just to name a few.

There'll also be a hour called "One Year Wonders" where we show a show that got cancelled after a few episodes and/or seasons before it got the syndication green-light.

But I'll have to have E/I shows...but I'll play them in the slower hours liks Saturday Afternoons or Weekday Mornings between 9 and 3.
