To answer my own question: NOT ME!!!
Despite that fact, on the episode of his self-titled '90s sitcom "The Drew Carey Show" titled "The Dog & Pony Show," the men of "The Drew Carey Show" (Drew himself included along with actors Diedrich Bader, Ryan Stiles & Craig Ferguson and a group of paid extras) pulled a "Full Monty" at episode's end.
According to Drew, per an interview on Craig Ferguson's "Late Late Show," Drew stated that he & Craig were 100% naked at the end of "The Dog & Pony Show" episode where the men stripped "Full Monty" style in a courtroom.
