What do people think of the actor and the character.
This only indirectly relates to Andy Keaton, but i hate how they have the little girl in the Miracle in Columbus episode say "Andy and I are getting married".
It sends a very bad message to little girls that a wedding will be the most important part of their lives.

Well, for the actor- it's sad to see some of the things that have happened in Brian Bonsall's life. I hope things will go better for him soon. (Ultimately, I hope he finds Jesus as he sounds like he needs to have Him change his life.)
As for the character of Andy Keaton, I thought he was a great addition to the show. It was fun seeing Alex working to mold him as a future Young Republican. It was great for Alex to have a brother- and it did bring out another side of him in some ways. And it was funny seeing the influence Andy got from Jennifer and Mallory too- and Steve and Elyse of course.
All in all, I love his character on the show and I think he added a fun new dynamic to the show.

I LOVE the "Miracle in Columbus" episode (probably because I LOVE Christmas- and the Christ of Christmas.:) )
I don't think it sends a bad message to little girls. It was just a quick joke and honestly, I hardly remember that line. A wedding is a very important part of the lives of boys and girls, but it's not the only important thing. I just thought that bit was cute; I don't think they really meant all that much by it.
