How would you assess them (Harry Anderson's Dave's World (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=188), Markie Post's Heart's Afire (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=151), and John Larroquette's The John Larroquette Show (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=201)) and which were the best and worst?

I haven't seen any of them. Did not know Harry was in Dave's World, it didn't last long but of course was Everybody Loves Raymond's lead-in for its 1st season before Raymond moved to Mondays.

It did last 4 years.

I sadly *but not sadly* admit that the only one I did watch was Dave's World. (Because, I was and still am a huge fan of Harry Anderson). I kind of liked it. I mean, it wasn't my favorite sitcom at the time. Nor, my favorite CBS sitcom at the time (that was Murphy Brown) But, it was good.

Also. Noted..The real life Dave Barry makes me lose my (word I can't say here) as an adult too. (He's hilarious!)

I chose Dave's World too. Like Ryan Chamberlain, it's the only one I watched, though I did want to check out the John Larroquette Show as well back when it first started. Never got a chance to (I was in high school at the time and honestly didn't watch a whole lot of TV back then). I was a big fan of both Harry and John (still am). I really liked Dave's World but I never watched the final season for some reason. I wish it would get released on DVD, even if Amazon just did another On Demand release so the whole show would finally be out. Plus I'd love to see the episode where Markie Post made an appearance - still annoyed that I never saw that. :(
