As a lot of you probably know, this show's lovely little Helen Hunt was born in 1963. Lisa Kudrow who played one of the supporting roles was also born in 1963. I believe that we have already been through the fact that the most famous event in that year was the assassination of President Kennedy. Well, on the day that I posted my last thread on this page, I had learned that actor Bob Newhart had gotten married that same year! Telling you guys about it was simply one more attempt to stimulate some conversation about this fine series. Although it has not sparked any replies, I see that the thread itself now has sixty-three views! I have decided to commemorate this event by mentioning the fact that in 1963, optional prayer in the public schools was outlawed by the Supreme Court on the United States. What do you guys make of that situation?
