Not sure if it's his puffy hair do?
Or is he arching his back too far or something?
Placement of his hands?
His face looks gaunt too?
Bad lighting perhaps?
Just something about this photo of him Looks really weird and off right?

That one looks like he was on a coke binge (not saying he did coke just saying that's what he looks like.) and your avatar looks like he just smoked a joint.(not saying he smoked weed just saying that's what he looks like).

Another pic of the same photo. He still looks weird to me? It just bothers me, that this awful photo would have been produced for promotional photos? It's just SUCH an AWFUL photo right?

I know Henry did smoke cigarettes (when he first started Happy Days) when he was about 29 or 30 years old. He stopped smoking, gained weight, then TADA! The Black T-shirt was introduced to "hide" the apparent weight gain.
