Each set will be 3xBD50, with (according to posted specs) English: Dolby Digital Mono audio, and a Japanese: Dolby Digital Mono dub track. There will be only Japanese subtitle options, and right now, the listing appears to indicate the episodes will be 1.78:1 and not OAR 1.33:1, but again, all info is preliminary and subject to change. Hopefully this is wrong and it will be the standard 1.33:1.
Vol. 1 will contain episodes 1-10, Vol. 2, episodes 11-22, Vol. 3, episodes 22-34, and Vol. 4, episodes 35-42 The 42 episode (if correct) count leads me to believe the pilot will not be included. However, there is a bonus disc including The Greatest American Heroine, 75 minutes of "special interview[s]", and possibly more material (the translation is unclear).

Very pricey release, however that's the case with some Japanese titles.
Columbo, Thunderbirds, and UFO are good examples of this.
