Yes, the characters Mallory and Skippy were the same age.When Family Ties first started Justine was 16 and Marc was 14. The characters were both 15, lol.

Yes, this may be the only series, outside of a show like Sister Sister, where the 2 top-billed actors were born on the same date. The current version of Hawaii-Five-O comes close, with Alex O'Loughlin (McGarrett) 1 day younger than Scott Caan (Williams).
