Did Shout! Factory edit the subject episode on the season four dvd? I noticed it appeared a scene was cut short when Hazel and the dog are sitting in her bedroom and the dog barks at the tv like he wants to watch it. Also, this show runs a good 45 to 60 seconds shorter than the other episodes on the dvd.

Yea the episode is edited, I went into this in detail here in the thread "HAZEL 4th season out on DVD 12/11/12". The scene in question likely contains some music, and they had to cut that part out.
