Okay picture this....Sicily 19-...j/k But seriously, picture this. Summer of 2003. The cast of Friends is out of work. Marta Kauffman, David Crane(Producers Of Friends) are likely out of work too. Since NBC cancelled Jesse after two seasons. I'm thinking in my head, that it would be PERFECT to spin-off one of the characters from Friends into their own sitcom. (ala Frasier from Cheers) But which character would you pick???

Here's my thoughts:

Ross-Too many people don't like him and wouldn't watch

Joey-I don't think Matt LeBlanc could carry a whole show

Phoebe-Maybe, but her supporting cast would have to be just as weird as she is

Monica&Chandler- I also think this could work. Kinda like an Everybody Loves Raymond type show. Husband and wife thingy

Rachel- I think it would work too. A single mother who's trying to make it raising her baby in New York, and trying to have a love life at the same time.

I dunno. Just my thoughts. What do you guys think???

Hard to tell, I mean they all did star in some movies...
I can imagine Monica; since she starred in Screams, in type of shows such as Buffy or Charmed..

Ross could join some show where he'd play geeky character, maybe Spin City or something like that.

I think we'd all watch anything with Rachel ;)

As for Phoebe, Joey & maybe they can go for shows such as That 70's or 80's Show, they can be querky enough, hehe

Chandler? I don't think we'll see him for a while.

I kind of meant for the Friends story to continue. But just with one character. Like Frasier. Of course with all new plots, and interesting new characters.

Yes I know, in that case probably Rachel, because she's the most popular, but there's been such show already, ( Jesse with Christina Applegate), a single mother with a child... A sorta spin off from Married With Children.
