Your mothers only brothers only sisters only childs cousin? (like JennyLee22 said)

Simple. You are that person.

Let me explain. It says the ONLY sister of your mother's ONLY brother (your Uncle). That means your mom has ONLY ONE brother, and he has ONLY ONE sister.

Then it says that your Uncle's sister (your mom) has an only child (you). Therefore the relationship is that you are that person.
