I think my favorite is where Gilligan finds the eye of the idol and has three wishes. I think I like it so much because I would have wished for ice cream as well.

If I had to pick just one maybe the one where Gilligan's evil twin spy is on the Island, just the minor bits like fake Gilligan putting on an accent to sound evil, his little microtransmitter making noise everytime he used it and the fake mirror image of real and fake Gilligan outmatching each other.
