Anyone remember this? I think it was an early-'80s one-hitter about a recording studio--or was it a radio station?

Throb was a syndicated series that lasted TWO seasons, from 86-88.
It was set at a small record company, and featured a young Jane Leeves (Daphne from "Frasier") as a punk rock loving assisatnt named Blue.

It's also nice to see a fellow M*A*S*H fan here on this board!

No problemo.
If I can share my unhealthy knowledge of obscure TV trivia with someone new, my day is a happy one.
I keep trying to share it with my roommate, but it drives him nuts.

"Throb" was sooooo funny, I loved it. It was broadcasted on German television as well but nobody here seems to remember it. There are some homepages where names and episode lists of sitcoms and other shows are collected but none of these even mentions THROB - I have complained about it.

Yeah, I remember seein' this on a few Saturday afternoons---musta been after it's 2nd seasons ended then, I guess.
And wasn't her name pronounced "Blu-ey"? Or maybe just one character said it that way? That's how I remember her name pronunciation---unless I'm just makin' that up in my head for some reason, lol.

You mean I wasn't the only one watching THROB?!! I lived for that show. I wanted Diana Canova(?) and Jonthan Prince to get together . I must say of all the characters, Blue was the one I liked the least.
Paul Walker of Fast and Furious played her son one of the seasons.

I remember this show! Does anyone have any episodes of it available? I'd love to see it again.
