(To get up to speed, I wrote what it would be like if Ralph & Ed tried to watch the Super Bowl at MetLife only for them to miss that opportunity. So...)

(Ed & Ralph are watching the game from Ralph's apartment. They look bored and mad because Seattle won the Super Bowl 43-8 by beating the Denver Broncos.)

Ralph: "Just think Norton, because of that BUM McGarrity, we could have been at that game."

Ed: "Yeah, we would have been bored AT that game instead of here."

Ralph: "I could have seen history in the making live."

Ed: "Me too. Imagine how crazy the crowd would have been if the game was the first Super Bowl game to go into overtime."

Ralph: "You are right Norton."

Ed: "Time to cheer up Ralph. Time to get yur spirits up. Time to smile. Give me some smiling there. Give me a smile."

(Ralph smiles.)

Ed: "I want you to keep on smiling like that even though it may be YEARS or DECADES before the Super Bowl comes back into this area and it would be at least a YEAR before the Giants and Jets reach the Super Bowl. You got to smile. Smile."

Ralph (yells): "GET OUT! GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET OUT!"

(Ed leaves.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage.)

Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT."

(Audience cheers.)
