Well, I guess I can take that back. They've kept Step by Step which I like but removed Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley for Lois and Clark, Sliders and Hercules and Family Ties. I can understand Family Ties but Lois and Clark, Sliders and Hercules?? Really??
Didnt this channel have The Wonder Years, Happy Days, Facts of Life and Laverne and Shirley a while back?

Yeah. The Hub kinda sucks now. The only sitcoms I watch on there now are Step By Step and Family Ties. And, I record them instead of watching live anymore so I can fast forward through their new hideous promo commercials.
They removed Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, and Mork and Mindy from their schedule earlier this month. Leaving them with only four sitcoms. Step By Step, Family Ties, Alf and Sabrina the Teenage Witch. (I cannot stand the last two)
Seems like instead of catering to the adults and to the kids like they were. They are starting to cater more to the kids...tweens in particular.
This once charming channel has went the way of Nickelodeon. (The way it is during the day.)

I have never understood why "The Wonder Years" always gets terrible ratings when it airs on any channel yet it's tvshowsondvd.com's most requested unreleased show on DVD.

I think it was someone else who said that cable TV channels are at their best when they initially launch.
And this appears to be true.
*Boomerang
*Cartoon Network
*TV Land
*The Hub
^^^All of which have gone to crap.
What I found interesting about The Hub is that it launched without a whole lot of fanfare. I was simply flipping through the channels one day and happen to see a show on that I hadn't seen in a long time.

What originally brought me to The Hub was 1966 Batman. I wish they'd bring that back! Oh well, at least it'll be out on DVD and/or Blu later this year!
