What were the segments that were turned into movies?? Does anyone have a list? Rewatching these every morning has me curious which ones were "popular" enough for a TV movie.

Thanks! I think 1990UMfan started that petition. It's been slowly getting more signatures.

There's another forum I visit where I'd like to link the petition in my signature line, I know a few people there are UM fans and would sign, but we're not allowed to "solicit" that kind of stuff there. :(

eta: I just noticed the OP was asking about movies on NBC. I just listed a bunch of movies made from UM segments that I found. I didn't look to see if any aired on NBC. Sorry, I wasn't paying close attention to the question.

True, I was talking about actual UM ones. Robert stack would announce it. They would play on NBC. Cheesy.

When I first heard about the movie on here, I thought it was going to be bad because someone mentioned that Gere talks to him on the phone.

Then I watched it. Pretty dang horrifying and nothing is definitively explained.

Yeah Wishful that was the most frightening scene in the whole movie.
As for the Unsolved Mysteries movie I want to say there was one I remember called "Lady Killer" and I think it was about Ricardo Caputo. Stack did narrate that one as well.

You're welcome :D Yes, I joined that user's FB fan page tonight, and I plan to sift through it hours-on-end the first chance I get. Lol.

Awww, I'm sorry you can't post it there :( I promise to share the link on UM's IMDb page+related pages tomorrow

Give yourself a break! You were only slightly off-topic ;) We're all grateful!

Victim of Love: The Shannon Mohr Story

I'm always on the lookout for this movie. It does show up on LMN from time to time, but I've missed it every single time I've noticed it on the guide for the past two years. I did catch the beginning of it around 2002 or 2003 before I really got into UM, along with The Man With Three Wives, which automatically made me think of Jack Lutter when I saw the segment many years later.
