Why was Vicki billed as Vicki Lawrence Shultz in the opening credits of seasons 5 & 6? (instead of Vicki Lawrence)

For whatever reason, she decided to start using her full married name. It seems that after Mama's Family, she reverted back to just using Vicki Lawrence. I guess only she would know why the change.

It's in her book. She was inspired by another actress who surprised her husband for his birthday or anniversary or something by officially adding his last name to hers. Vicki loved that idea so she presented that to Al as a present, having his last name be a part of hers. But she said the paperwork was an unbelievable hassle to get through, and no one liked the name. Al said it just didn't sound right.

Also, it's "Schultz".
