An absolute piece of garbage.. I wouldnt watch it!!
Im glad I have my 1980 release on VHS :) (It has the original black and white at the beg instead of that sepi-tone crap that doesnt look as good)

The Kansas scenes weren’t originally black-and-white; they were originally sepia tone. Black-and-white was a modification added to later reissues starting in the 1950s and carried into the early home video releases. The sepia version is the correct version. It was sepia tone in 1939.
Also, are you aware you’re replying to a dead, 23-year-old thread? Three people in OP’s “new” cast of “The Wizard of Oz” are dead now
