These are shows that let's face it, didnt have a lot of shelf life. What do you consider a one-show wonder? I'll start.

I suppose you mean a one season wonder?
I can name quite a few that I like. Ferris Bueller is one of them. (I actually used to watch that TV series before I ever saw the movie.):)

For some others-
Voyagers!
Otherworld
Probe
Automan
Manimal
Starman
Street Hawk
The Highwayman
Wizards & Warriors
The Phoenix
Swamp Thing (1990 cartoon series)
Man From Atlantis (technically had two seasons- but the first season was comprised of introductory TV-movies)
Blacke's Magic
The Wizard
Lazer Tag Academy
The Comic Strip (cartoon block comprised of TigerSharks, Karate Kat, Street Frogs, and The Mini Monsters)

and I'm sure there are more I'm forgetting right now...

I love Kidd Video too! Grew up watching that cartoon- I just didn't list it because it's 2 seasons, but I guess that's close enough for this list.

Here are a few more one season wonders though-

The Boys Are Back
Going Places (LOVE this show!)
The Magician
Good Morning, Miss Bliss
Saved By The Bell: The College Years (I love all the other Saved By the Bell series, of course- the main SBTB series that is best known today and the other spin-off Saved By The Bell: The New Class, along with the TV-movies- but those are definitely more than one season.)

The Hardy Boys (1995)
Nancy Drew (1995)

and I would probably also put in:
Get A Life (this was 2 seasons though)
The Hardy Boys (cartoon series- this was 2 seasons, but the second season was reruns.)

I remember Going Places. I liked that show too. Wasn't it on the TGIF lineup?

I just remembered another one, George And Leo. It starred Bob Newhart and Judd Hirsch.

Help Me Help You (Which, I loved since it had Jere Burns in it.)
On Our Own
Good Morning Miami (2 seasons..and I thought it was a great show with potential)
The Mothers In Law (2 seasons..the show was from the late 1960s.) I found this one on METV last year and thought it was incredibly funny, IMO. I think it should have lasted way more than 2 seasons.

AHH, I thought I was the only one left that remembered "The Mothers in Law"!! Kaye Ballard and Eve Arden; great show, used to watch it with my mom when I was VERY young (like 4 or 5, really).

Thanks for the memory!

I remember watching Hi Honey I'm Home. It also had a lot of guest stars from classic sitcoms.
I wish they would start putting these rare shows on DVD as a complete series. Since they only had 1 or 2 seasons, they wouldn't be very costly.

I remember Going Places. I liked that show too. Wasn't it on the TGIF lineup?

Yes, it was.:)

I see someone mentioned Battlestar Galactica- I also love the original '70s show. And the spinoff series, Galactica 1980 as well.
V is also great. (the original).
I also remember Teen Angel, but can't say I was really a fan. That was in the late '90s on ABC's TGIF lineup, right in there with You Wish. (One show featured an angel and the other featured a genie- I remember watching them some but wasn't real impressed with either one. And of course, I definitely have theological issues with Teen Angel. I also have some similar theological issues with Touched By An Angel and Highway to Heaven, for that matter- but at least not the same ones. Those are closer to being Biblically accurate, but there is obviously a ton of conjecture on those series, since information on angels in The Bible is somewhat limited- though there are a number of interesting details. Anyway- that's another discussion.)
Other one-season wonders.......

Lucan
Police Squad
and Inhumanoids- those are all cool.

Kirk had two seasons, actually- but I suppose it's close enough for this category.

The 2008 version of Knight Rider I didn't care much for- I watched the pilot and wasn't impressed- but it was nice to see David Hasselhoff show up again as Michael Knight.
However, the 1997 show Team Knight Rider is pretty cool and I think a better spinoff.

Love Boat: The Next Wave (it had two seasons, but only 25 episodes altogether, so I figured it was close enough.)

I also enjoy the Back to the Future cartoon series.
The Hardy Boys cartoon series would be a good candidate here too. (It had two seasons, but the second season was only reruns.)

I would also list The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo too (but I doo have a ton of theological issues with that- so it's not one I'm really big into or anything- but I am a fan of Scooby-Doo and like a lot of his cartoons....)

Holmes & Yoyo
Tenspeed & Brownshoe
and definitely
The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. - I loved watching this as a kid.

And I think The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles would probably be close enough to fit in this category too, though it did have 3 seasons, technically.

Police Academy: The Series (live action show)
I would also list Police Academy: The Series (cartoon show), but that one lasted more than a season. But both are cool!:)

Someone mentioned it...but, how could I forget Three's A Crowd. I feel shame as a John Ritter fan for doing that.

SuperForce (okay- this had 2 seasons, but I figure it's close enough)
[I would also list Dark Justice but that show actually had 3 seasons, so that's really pushing it- but it's another seemingly long-forgotten show that I liked as a kid]
Robocop (live action series)
Robocop: Alpha Commando (cartoon series)
Strange Luck
The Flash (one of the best live action superhero series, in my opinion)
Spider-Man (1970s US live action series)
Supaidāman [Japanese title]- Spider-Man (1970s Japanese live action series)
Bring 'Em Back Alive
Tales of the Gold Monkey
Sidekicks (starring Ernie Reyes, Jr. bringing some martial arts action! I loved this show as a kid!)
Mr. T and Tina
Joanie Loves Chachi (it had 2 seasons, but only 17 episodes total)
Blansky's Beauties
Out of the Blue
Sanford
Sanford Arms
Checking In
Living Dolls
Fraggle Rock (cartoon series)

Hi, Honey I'm Home
Two of a Kind (I remember watching this- it was another fun show for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen)
Billy (spinoff from Head of the Class)
Complete Savages (but it didn't feature Fred or Ben:lol: )
Getting By

I'm going to mention 2 shows which only lasted 2 seasons. Here Come The Brides and The Ghost And Mrs. Muir. They were my favorites way back when they were on. I hated that both shows were canceled too soon:(

1 season shows would be Gidget and Jennifer Slept Here
