I think this show had around 147 episodes thats not bad but i wish the show could have lasted another 2 or 3 years from 1998 or 1999 i wanted to see Will graduate from college, could this show if lucky could have made it to 200 episodes ???

Those 200 episode should show Will's complete college graduation, new job, new wife, new family and return to Philadelphia.
All the majority fans, who used to be fans of this show, had to retire from watching this show due to what happened on the series finale of this show, no offense.

The show ended at a good time.
The last season was pretty mediocre. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air would have overstayed its welcome had it gone on for another season.

The ending was too weak. They should have end the series when will graduates from college and one of the mansion rules is supposed to help him graduate from college on time and ended up in a new job. Please do not get me wrong about this, but all the majority fans retired from watching this show on what happened on the series finale.

While it would have been nice to see Will graduate, I agree with the other posters. The show ended at the perfect time. However, I wish the sixth season would have been different. I would have liked Will to marry Lisa and see the two in married life, maybe with Lisa announcing she's pregnant or having a baby in the finale and see Will get ready to become a father.

The series finale perfection is still too weak. Will should have graduate from college at the same time the Banks sold the mansion to the Jeffersons. That's the reason why I had to retire from being a fan of this show and that màybe another reason there used to be a past majority version called "the royal prince of bel air" that had a bad experience back then, in alternation, IMO.

Probably not. Will's film career had started to gain momentum with "Bad Boys" the year before, and with the release of "Independence Day" that summer (1996), it's impossible that "Fresh Prince" would've lasted more than six seasons.
