I voted for Raj and whoever. I think it's likely that Penny and Leonard will remain off again/on again, as they have during the entire show. It's part of what keeps the show fresh. If they get married, it will be difficult to keep them off/on.

Shamy getting married might work as a series finale, but not otherwise.
