I recall someone here was inquiring about a Sanford and Son house floorplan ~and I was cuious myself~ SO I found this one.

It looks pretty accurate best I can tell, but WHY did they put the bathroom downstairs?

The should have switched the 2 upstairs closets with the downstairs bathroom, it would have worked perfectly!!

Interesting, but as you point out, the bathroom downstairs doesn't fit the continuity.
