"Bobby Wheeler Doesn't Live Here Anymore" is a great episode showing off the best elements of a bobby episode, the Louie Fight, insecure vulnerability, actually representation

"Alex Goes Off the Wagon" a great Alex episode, highlighting what could've made him the hopeless cab driver he is today, excellent scenes with Louie tempting him to the dark side and Jim pulling him to the beauty of light

"Money Troubles" John was a good character and I love both is spotlight episodes, great scenes with his wife and Alex being the dad character as always

"Elaine and the Monk" Elaines romance with the Monk is sweet and believable, strong sense that Elaine is really looking for happiness,

it was great to get this so late in the series where it's almost forgotten that the show was about cab drivers

I agree, the show had some very strong episodes. One from season 5 always gets me, 'Alex's Old Buddy'. The end is so hard to watch because my heart completely goes out to Alex, but I feel that throughout the series, Alex is made out to be very solid and held together. For example, the episode where Jim predicts Alex's death, he didn't let it take him down. He dealt with it head on. But in this episode we see a far more sensitive Alex. We see him showing so much love for this dog and when he dies, seeing him break down is heartbreaking.

I thought "Jim's Inheritance" was very touching.

His father really loved him and expressed it through the music of Stevie Wonder. :)
