I was just wondring if anyone knows why Adelade got replaced by Pearl at the start of the 5th season.

you know i wondered the same thing... she didnt die cuz she was in a guest appearance in the Drummond Wedding... i never liked her anyway

Nedra Volz was getting up there in age and taping a sitcom requires a lot time and energy. Plus she could probably make more money with guest appearances on other shows then she could on DS.
