Which of these long-running drama series do you think should end their run? You can select more than one.

I really think ER should end. I still love the show, but it's become a pathetic soap opera.

Why should any of them end ? Falcon Crest. Dallas. Green Arces to name a few should have continued if not for Bonehead executives in charge of networks

Wait...

"Touched By An Angel" is still on the air?

Next thing you're going to tell me "JAG" is still on.

Well the only ones on that list I even watch are Law and Order and ER.

I think Law and Order could go on indefinitely and still be good. I do think it's getting a bit ridiculous though that there's like 3 or 4 L&O series now. That's what's going to make it bad probably. Stick to one and make that one really good, IMO.

I still love ER and I greatly prefer the current mix of characters (except for Corday) to past characters (I know I'm like the only one, but I never liked Doug or Carol) So I would like to see ER continue for awhile.

The one drama I think definitely should end, needs to end, should have ended several seasons ago, and is finally ending this season is The X-Files. I am a huge X-Files fan, so of course I hate to see it go, but I would have rather seen it end a few years ago and go out on top instead of how it is now.

Definately 7th Heaven. The storys are way to hard to believe. Its kind of boring. The X-files should end soon too.

I think "NYPD Blue" is a little past it's prime.
The "revolving Sipowitz partner" thing is getting a little tired.
What former child star will be next to fight crime on the mean streets? Ben Savage?

The mind boggles...

I hate to say this, but Law & Order should pack it in once the season is done. The ratings are in the toilet, the stories are now boring and repetitive, and was unable to survive the departure/passing of long-time star Jerry Orbach. Sam Waterston is supposedly leaving at the end of the season. If he goes, the show will sink even further. 17 years for a primetime drama is nothing to sneeze at. It's time for it to go.

I still like watching Law & Order SVU, wonder how it does in the ratings? I never got into the other Law & Order Show though.

SVU is by far the highest rated of the 3 L&O shows. CI is getting clobbered in the same timeslot as House.

I'd say E.R. and Law & Order.
