Reginald Veljohnson is planning to make a Family Matters Movie i am not sure how its going to work with a 40 year old Steve running around with suspenders and high water pants, the movie script is suppose to be similar to season 8 where Steve and the family travel to paris to stop bad guys, is this suppose to be a joke the show has been off the air for over 15 years since 1998 thats a long time lol, could a Family Matters movie really work out in this 2000's decade ???

I think the producers might be considering to bring in that big cash they had from the 1990's, Jaleel White needs to put back on that nerdy costume if he wants real money he has not been doing anything since 1998, paul reubens from Pee Wee's Playhouse is returning to his pee wee role and he is in his 60's lol.

Jaleel White has done plenty since 1998- he's been pretty consistently working. I doubt he would even want to reprise his Steve Urkel role. And as robyrob pointed out- I'm pretty sure this is a joke. Note that it's posted on Funny-Or-Die - a site known for doing comedy and gags just like this.

I no its a joke but the plot sounds interesting for a motion picture but i dont Family Matters Movie could ever be R-rated.
