(He shouldn't be sorry at all- "Achy Breaky Heart" is an okay song- and country is by far my least favorite style- but that song is likeable enough.)
And he doesn't need to apologize for his daughter Miley- he needs to support and love her and certainly pray for her. But she is responsible for her own life and actions- and I do hope and pray she will come back to her faith in Christ.

I heard "Achy Breaky Heart" the other night for the first time in a long time and I think it's pretty catchy. The words are stupid but for a Texas girl like me it makes for good line-dancing! And I agree that Miley is headed for adulthood now but I think she should start acting like one.

As bad as "Achy-Breaky Heart" is, this train-wreck of a so-called country song is even worse and those involved in it including Dolly Parton, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Tanya Tucker, Kathy Mattea and Billy Ray Cyrus should all apologize for it.
